Elder Berry 接骨木莓

Benefits: Contain a high level of vitamin C and dietary fibre, it is now most commonly used to treat against cold and flu symptoms and as a supplement. Elderberry is believed to benefit the immune system, and protect against viruses including the flu, and reduce inflammation. Also used to reduce symptoms related to constipation, urine obstruction, heart disease, high cholesterol and headache.
